| Eligibility:
All Regular Storage Customers (RSC) will be automatically enrolled
in the program and will accumulate Rewards credits every time
they shop in the Ship's Store. RSCs are defined as winter storage
customers, In/Out storage customers, Dry Sail customers and
Regatta Package customers. Employees, special storage customers
and non storage customers are not eligible for the program.
Customers must be current RSCs with no overdue balance on their
Crowley’s Yacht Yard Lakeside, LLC (CYY) account at the
time the rewards are issued.
Program Period:
The program will feature a rolling rewards period. Rewards
Gift Cards will be issued quarterly (February, May, August and
November). The first rewards will be issued February 2010. Rewards
will be calculated based on store purchases made by qualifying
RSCs during the preceding award period.
Reward Calculations:
The Club will reward customers that store at CYY by giving
them a 5% credit for all of their purchases in the Ship's Store.
Rewards will be calculated on total purchases made in the Ship's
Store at CYY. The reward amount will be 5% of the total purchases.
Rewards will be issued in $5 increments. For each $100 dollars
spent in the Ship's Store, Storage Rewards Club members will
receive a $5 gift card. Rewards credits will be reset to 0 at
the start of each period. Rewards credits do not transfer from
one period to the next. Purchases must be made on a customer's
account (regardless of payment type) in order to qualify for
Rewards credits. Customers do not need to present a Storage
Rewards card to accumulate Rewards credits. Storage, service,
service parts, online purchases and purchases made at off site
sales events do not qualify for Rewards credits.
Non-Transferable:
Rewards credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Returns:
Items purchased with Rewards credits can only be returned for
an in-store credit.
Redemption Period:
Rewards Gift Cards will expire 60 days from issue.
Redemption Rules:
Rewards Gift Cards must be redeemed in the Ship's Store before
the expiration date listed on the back of the card. The cards
can only be used for in-stock store merchandise. Rewards Gift
Cards may not be used to pay for storage, service, service parts,
special order items or gift certificates. Rewards Gift Cards
may not be used to pay for items already charged to a customer's
account. Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or expired.
No cash back will be issued. Rewards Gift Cards must be surrendered
at the time of purchase. Rewards Gift Cards are not valid towards
sales taxes, delivery, handling and state fees. Other exclusions
may apply.
Termination & Modification:
Crowley's Yacht Yard may at any time terminate or modify the
Storage Rewards Club program by posting changes at www.crowleys.com.
CYY reserves the right to terminate membership for any reason
or no reason and at its sole discretion.
