Yacht Yard is conveniently located near all of the great
boating activities provided by Lake Michigan and the Little
Calumet River. You will be only minutes away from Calumet
Park, Hammond Marina and beach, 14 miles from Chicago's Navy
Pier and 25 miles from Michigan City, Indiana. If you like
to cruise or fish on the Little Calumet River, you won't
find anything better or more convenient.
Boats
are transported from our racks to the water via specially-designed
forklifts or cranes. Just call ahead and we will have your
boat waiting for you at the staging dock ready to go. After
a day on the water, just return to the staging dock and our
staff will haul, rinse the boat and return it to its rack.
