A
member of Crowley’s world class paint and fiberglass
shop, Ritchie Geoghan was first attracted to boats as a youngster
in South Carolina, surrounded by the fast paced world of high
performance offshore powerboats. During his six years in the
Air Force he developed his talents for sheet metal work and
fiberglass repair and painting.
Back in
the civilian world, Ritchie continued to work with fiberglass
and gained experience with carbon fibers. He also created
interiors for a high-end custom aircraft shop.
He is
now in his sixth year at Crowley’s, although he actually
started eight years ago, taking two years to work in California.
